So i nearly made my 1.5B ISK, but I figured i can always earn it back. An incursion has come up only a few jumps away so i bought a ship with a fitting that is permitted, and it works for Alpha's. Its quite expensive at 350M for this exact fitting, but it  can be done with my skills. Day 25 Started ratting again completed one rock Haven first then started on another. Still trying to work out how to keep Omega after I earn it with ISK. Seems to be an issue. Maybe with a VNI upgrade I can do them faster Because it always seems to overlap from starting one, and then the 20minute gap between pay-outs, I believe a Haven roughly pays out 28M. SO that's 3 per night, every night to earn my Omega, too much to be honest. I may need to take a bit longer, and then figure out how to keep my Omega before buying the plex Going back a few days, I have missed a trick here. I figured the salvage would be a waste of time, but really its a lot extra on the total take from a Haven. Sub 30M to do a Haven, possibly has 10M extra so 30% extra ISK that's just wasted, and now it only takes 7 minutes to get that, I have been a bit dumb leaving it. 13 Days to go in the month until the end, maybe I started early? Not sure how my seemingly non difficult task of keeping track of days seems to have been so hard. I have 577M at the start of the evening and starting with hitting some more havens. Started early, so see how we do. DAY 17 + 18 + 19 + 20 Nothing happenings here, had other things on Day 20 ( 16 Days to go) Collected all the bits to fit out my VNI again, started a quick Haven to see where I get. I also bought two skills for my PI training , but can't find one in the current system. Might have to jump from catch to the adjacent one. Day 14 Just collecting my ship fittings, see how I fair today, about 7k less people on at this time, so it shouldn't be as risky. Going to try a Forsaken Rally point to see if its a lot faster. Plan is to not collect any loot and to see what ISK I get and how long it takes. Day 11 Bit of time tonight so, hit one Haven first, see how many I can get through. The main issue is jumping on and having only a few hours at most because of the server shutdown and timezone differences. I suppose only being on for a few hours at most, and being off for nearly a week is going to hurt me. Trying to make it up today and see where we get. I haven't factored in the junk I had lying around which I need to sell, mainly because there is limited to no market for most of it in nullsec. I am almost at max skills, so possibly I could use my other account for training and use a skill extractor to sell and make some ISK. Back on maybe a week later, back to the Havens 35M ISK from the chemical factory 16.3M in Loot 492.5 Damage now, so I think that's my lot, until I get to Omega Another 1.9M ISK for a few kills in a Haven, before I disappeared because of enemy reports. Day 5 Quick blast with some exploring as its a bit faster when time is short, got stuff worth 12 Million. Not great, but better than nothing. Lost my Astero, so that's 67M to replace. Not good going, wasn't paying attention to the lvl3 data site that explodes when you do it incorrectly. Bought a new Astero to replace my old one Day 6 Start with a Haven, see if I can get some decent ISK. Training on 10% extra drone damage just finished, so just the 2 heavy drone ones to go for 5% damage each. Shame I can't get more powerful drones to make this go a bit faster. Its takes 45 minutes roughly to do the stargate haven, 451.4 Damage from the drones I got 9M from selling some datacores and decryptors to someone in my corp overnight 11.9M of loot and salvage from the first Haven 26M ISK from the first haven 13.2M of loot and salvage from the second Haven 28M ISK from the second haven Sold some more loot/salvage Approx 57M ISK 201M ISK in the bank 107M Loot/...

I didn't do anything on day 2 and 3 as I wasn't able to get on, day 4 is looking a little difficult as well. I need to start cracking on if want to hit my target Day 4, I managed to get on a do one wave of a Haven for 3.9M ISK in one quick sitting before going out, since it was only 10 minutes it was a tiny increase really. The later on I completed a Haven for another 28M ISK and a second one for 29 Mil Lost one drone which needs to be replaced, lucky I bought 5 spares a few days ago I got 10 mil of loot between the two havens That's 67M today including the loot Taking my 5 day wallet total to 146M ISK+ Recalculating how much I need based on the ISK alone, using 26M as the daily figure. This will take 52 days.

First day giving this a try and went out ratting as normal, ended up being some enemy there and I just escaped. I lost all my drones which was better than losing my whole ship, so $39mil to buy 10 more ( 5 are spares) and I only got $3mil for killing the pirates. That takes me down to $160.9Mil, not a good start. I bought 4 more MTU for $28.4mil, this is off the back of someone in the corp planning to do kills in a carrier, and I can scoop up the wrecks. This is worth the investment I hope. Down to $132mil with this purchase $40mil on standard implants $89mil left Moved my MTU's and drones about and called it a night, nothing else happening and its 2 hours to earn 3 mil, so not a great start. I couldn't leave it like that so I did some quick exploration and I got stuff worth 5mil. Not great but better than nothing.

Overview I started with eve 15 years ago, it was early days and I don't think it had been out very long. I gave it a crack as an Omega and then due to the time involved and the small amounts of ISK being generated ( I think my corp was mining only) I moved onto other things. Fast forward 15 years into the future and apart from being 15 years older, I thought I would give Eve another go, and see what I could do. Now this is not going to be a full on slog to get to Omega, but it will be a record of how my progress is going as I try to get to my ultimate goal of being a self sufficient Omega, without having to buy a subscription. My starting point is pretty reasonable. I had next to no ISK when I reopened my account, and I had ships which I thought were good at the time, were actually junk.
